Entitlements

The full registration fee (excluding dinner) entitles delegates to the following:

  • Printed conference handbook: please note a full printed abstract book is an optional cost

  • 1x Ticket to the Welcome Function

  • Morning, Afternoon teas and Lunches

  • A Conference Cap

    PLEASE NOTE there is no conference bag/satchel so if you wish to have a bag at the conference, please bring your own

The full registration fee (Including Dinner) entitles delegates to All of the above, plus 1 dinner ticket

This will appear on your invoice as one total cost. You will have the option to purchase additional tickets for extra people on the form below.


Student Registrations

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.


Payment Options

Payment MUST be received by 14 October 2016 to be eligible for the Early Bird Rates. 
Any unpaid registrations as at 15 October will 2016 automatically convert to the full registration rate.
All registration fees must be made in full by 20th of November 2016, any unpaid registrations at this time will automatically be charged the additional $50.00 late fee.

Confirmations

All registrations will be acknowledged by email, please include the email address you would like your confirmation sent to. If you do not receive an acknowledgement please contact the team at on-cue.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Cancellation before 1 November 2016 will incur an $100.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellation on or after 2 November 2016 will be at the discretion of the organising committee. 
All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise On-Cue of any name change, for administration purposes. There will be no refunds for any booked delegate who does not attend on the day.

Entrance to the Conference:
Each delegate will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to all included social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Disclaimer:
In the event of industrial disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the conference, the conference organisers accept no responsibility. The information on the conference website and in the printed collateral is correct at the time of publication. However, the conference organisers reserve the right to change information.  The conference organisers disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved.
The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute speakers and vary the advertised programme.
If the conference is cancelled for any reason beyond the organiser's control, there is no right of exchange and no obligation is assumed by the organisers for arranging a substitute speaker. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of the organisers is limited to the return of paid fees and where an event may be postponed and the option of re-attending is not suitable, a cancellation can be made by writing to the conference organiser and on acceptance, there would be a return of paid fees less $100 for administration costs.

Insurance:
Delegates are encouraged to take out personal travel and medical insurance which includes loss or damage of personal possessions, including loss of registration and accommodation fees through cancellation.

Privacy:
Unless you indicate otherwise on the registration form, the organisers will include your name on the list of conference participants distributed to delegates and sponsors.
