The workshop on optical water quality monitoring will be held in Queenstown, New Zealand on Monday 28 November 2016 and is hosted by REZO and NIWA. The workshop focuses on NO3, but other types of optical water quality monitoring can be discussed. - Over the course of the past years significant technological advances were made that now allow for continuous, reliable on-line monitoring of dissolved nitrogen in remote/telemetred field sites with minimal maintenance. Users of optical monitoring equipment will meet to discuss their applications and experiences. The workshop is comprised of brief application presentations and discussion rounds. It is open to anyone interested.
